Market quotes and data status

Quotes come from external market-data providers. Some instruments may not be available at all times, and update intervals can differ. Use the source label and refresh control on the market board; a missing quote should not be interpreted as a zero price.

Deposits, withdrawals and trading

Do not assume that a displayed balance, market quote or interface control represents a completed financial transaction. Only rely on a deposit, withdrawal or order if the platform explicitly confirms its status and the corresponding backend integration is enabled.

• Keep wallet recovery phrases and private keys private; support staff should never ask for them.
